Strategic Finance Manager

The Strategic Finance Manager role is hybrid, based out of the Concord, MA office. The annual base salary range is $130,000–$150,000. Tripleseat provides event management and sales software for restaurants, hotels, and venues, aiming to simplify event planning. The manager owns core financial planning and analysis processes and turns financial results into actionable insights for business leaders. The role supports informed decisions about performance, investment, and resource allocation while improving reporting and forecasting processes.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain financial models for investment decisions, headcount planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives
• partner with functional leaders on budgets, forecasts, performance, and resource allocation
• lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
• manage monthly and quarterly reviews, variance analysis, and executive reporting
• prepare executive- and board-ready materials
• improve reporting and forecasting through automation, AI-enabled workflows, data integration, and standardization
• collaborate with Accounting on accurate management reporting
• conduct ad hoc financial and strategic analyses.
