What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with approximately 350 assigned player accounts through phone, email, and in-person contact
• encourage future visits through events, promotions, and special occasions
• use the player tracking system to manage patron information
• coordinate with casino and slot operations
• assist with reservations, guest questions, and customer relations issues
• follow regulatory and casino policies.
