Data Entry Manager, Clinical Trials

The Data Entry Manager role is onsite at either the Century City, CA, or Denver, CO site, with a Monday–Friday day schedule of 40 hours per week. Compensation is $125,000–$140,000. The role supports Valkyrie Clinical Trials, a Flourish Research company and a multi-site clinical research network with oncology expertise. The manager leads the team responsible for entering and maintaining clinical-trial and patient data in sponsor systems. The role promotes accurate, timely, and compliant data entry, resolves queries and discrepancies, and supports study timelines and data quality.

What you'll do

• Oversee data entry into case report forms and clinical data systems
• guide staff and resolve complex process issues
• ensure quality control and compliance with Good Clinical Practice
• address missing data and discrepancies
• coordinate query resolution with clinical teams
• participate in study and site visits and sponsor monitoring
• supervise, schedule, coach, and train staff
• lead process improvements
• maintain data confidentiality
• and report team performance and staffing matters.
