What you'll do

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• keep the machine clean and report problems
• monitor wash-cycle water temperature and test PPMs
• wash and store tableware and kitchenware
• organize the dish room
• maintain clean tableware levels
• remove trash
• replenish detergents and cleaning supplies
• clean food preparation areas, floors, walk-ins, and freezers
• assist the kitchen as needed.
