What you'll do

• Deliver customer service and resolve concerns

• maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• execute policies, procedures, pricing updates, and cashiering
• assist with receiving, stocking, merchandising, inventory, cycle counts, signage, and displays
• lead operations in the Store Manager’s absence
• train and support associates
• assist with scheduling and performance management
• communicate opportunities to improve sales and efficiency.
