What you'll do

  • Conduct prospect appointments and property tours
  • follow up with prospects and future residents
  • maintain leasing data and support move-ins and move-outs
  • assist with package management
  • coordinate leasing, renewal, and resident events
  • execute traditional, digital, and social marketing
  • create approved social content
  • audit digital listings
  • prepare reports
  • coordinate room assignments and roommate matching
  • build local and university relationships
  • monitor market trends
  • partner with the service team on property upkeep. The position may be subject to an on-call rotation.
