What you'll do

• Perform damage investigations and audits, including field safety audits
• conduct ride-alongs
• manage ticket distribution, vehicles, equipment, supplies, and team recruitment
• mentor locate technicians and promote crew safety
• assist with difficult locates
• conduct crew meetings and reporting
• learn equipment and technology
• address customer concerns
• report and investigate accidents or injuries
• conduct standard operating procedure directives.
