What you'll do

• Resolve complex escalated application issues through log review, code debugging, database queries, and root-cause analysis
• support healthcare data exchange and integrations
• partner with implementation and QA teams
• monitor system trends and reporting
• train Tier 1 and Tier 2 staff
• coordinate outage response and stakeholder updates
• document resolutions and communicate customer issues to Engineering.
