The role helps experienced insurance professionals expand into comprehensive wealth management by identifying client needs, coordinating financial plans, and presenting and implementing insurance and investment recommendations. It contributes to building lasting client relationships and a scalable wealth management practice.

What you'll do

• Meet prospective clients from company marketing programs
• conduct discovery meetings
• identify needs across insurance, investments, retirement, tax, and financial planning
• work with the planning team on comprehensive plans
• present recommendations
• support implementation, acquisition, onboarding, referrals, seminars, and marketing
• use planning, CRM, portfolio, and workflow technology
• collaborate with paraplanners, investment professionals, operations, and client service teams.
