The Mechanical Project Manager role is onsite in Greenville, SC. The typical salary range is $125,000–$140,000 per year. ITAC provides integrated engineering and construction services for complex capital projects and is 100% employee-owned. The project manager coordinates mechanical engineering, design, procurement, and construction work to meet customer objectives within contract, schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements. The role also develops scopes, estimates, proposals, and execution plans, directs field coordination, and cultivates additional client work to support project performance and repeat business.

What you'll do

• Evaluate RFQs and jobsite risks
• prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and proposals
• identify work suitable for in-house fabrication
• develop execution plans and schedules using ITAC APM methods
• coordinate engineering, trades, and construction resources
• lead kickoff meetings and establish safety and communication plans
• provide technical information and direction to field teams
• update schedules and control project costs
• pursue repeat business opportunities.

Why this role

Requires 10+ years of mechanical construction project management and 5+ years of multidisciplinary project management experience, OSHA 10 certification, and commissioning/startup experience. Procore experience preferred.
