The Industrial Maintenance Technician, Rotational Shift role is an onsite, full-time position in Saint Marys, WV. Base pay is $22.50–$34.50 per hour, plus a $1.25 shift differential. The rotational schedule alternates 6 a.m.–6 p.m. and 6 p.m.–6 a.m. on a 4/3/3/4 pattern. Cornerstone Building Brands manufactures exterior building products for residential and low-rise nonresidential buildings. The technician maintains production equipment and systems through troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. Reliable equipment and safety devices support manufacturing operations and product quality; the role also includes standby assignments and scheduled off-hours or emergency overtime as required.

What you'll do

• Set up and repair equipment
• perform preventive maintenance
• repair leaks
• troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
• work with air and water systems, compressors, pumps, valves, bearings, instrumentation, variable frequency drives, and PLC troubleshooting
• install and maintain safety devices
• order parts and maintain repair-parts inventory
• participate in lean and 6S teams.
