What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
• partner with culinary leadership on execution, food quality, and guest experience
• recruit, train, develop, and retain staff
• oversee labor, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, expenses, and financial performance
• monitor sales, labor costs, guest satisfaction, and performance indicators
• maintain service, cleanliness, and presentation standards
• oversee private dining, events, and high-volume periods
• build guest, vendor, and community relationships
• ensure food safety, liquor service, health, and safety compliance.
