The Office Leader, Principal Director role is onsite in Dayton, OH; compensation is not specified. OHM Advisors is establishing a physical office presence in the Dayton/Cincinnati region as part of its work advancing communities through architecture, engineering, planning, surveying, and construction engineering. The leader will build and guide a multidisciplinary local team, develop client opportunities, and oversee the office’s financial performance and delivery. The role supports growth in the Southwest Ohio market through recruiting, client relationships, effective staffing, and successful project execution.

What you'll do

• Work with principals, practice leaders, market leaders, and business development to pursue local opportunities
• oversee local office financial metrics and success
• collaborate with discipline and statewide leaders to staff and deliver work on time and budget
• identify, recruit, and retain talent
• build a multidisciplinary local team
• manage personnel, clients, and projects
• travel locally to project locations and client offices and occasionally to other OHM Advisors offices.
