The homemaker provides companionship and practical daily-living assistance so clients can maintain independence. Accurate visit documentation and reporting changes to client condition help the care team support clients’ needs.

What you'll do

• Visit clients in their homes
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• engage clients in conversation, recreation, or outings as needed
• report changes in behavior or condition
• document visits and tasks performed.
