Project Accountant II

What you'll do

• Collect, classify, record, and verify project billing data
• review documentation from personnel, clients, purchase orders, cost reports, and auditors
• maintain complete and accurate job and customer files
• reconcile invoices and records and resolve discrepancies
• communicate with project personnel and auditors
• analyze trends and recommend process improvements
• prepare customer reports and government reports
• review field labor hours and project expenditures
• investigate variances
• maintain cash flow consistency
• report billing opportunities and cost savings
• travel as needed.

Why this role
