What you'll do

• Organize, plan, supervise, and execute child care programming
• plan special events, field trips, and holiday programs
• evaluate programs and implement improvements
• supervise, train, and guide staff and volunteers
• communicate with caregivers
• maintain safety, cleanliness, required reports, supplies, and compliance with YMCA and DCF requirements
• complete site opening and closing procedures.
