Powersports Service Technician

The Powersports Service Technician role is onsite in Slidell, LA, with compensation of $25–$45 per hour based on experience. Friendly Powersports is a growing dealership that offers manufacturer and brand-specific certification training. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and other powersports vehicles. The work supports dealership service operations through routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, warranty procedures, and clear repair documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fuel, and drivability concerns
• inspect vehicles
• use diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
• assemble and disassemble components
• complete manufacturer-required service and warranty repairs
• maintain repair orders and documentation
• explain recommendations and findings to customers when needed.
