Technical Sales Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Respond to B2B customer inquiries by phone, email, and web
• understand product requirements and recommend technical solutions
• maintain accounts, opportunities, quotes, orders, and sales activity in Salesforce
• process and track orders
• prepare quotes and sales documentation
• maintain CRM and ERP data
• follow up on open requests
• coordinate order fulfillment
• troubleshoot customer and system issues
• process returns and RMAs
• support CRM workflows and reporting
• identify process improvements
• research prospective accounts and support outbound sales and events as needed.
