The Prep Cook role is onsite in Harrisonburg, Virginia, with multiple shifts available. Pay is $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience. The cook prepares and serves nutritious meals while following standardized recipes and food-safety requirements.

What you'll do

• Prepare meals to recipe, portion, menu, and presentation standards
• complete production worksheets, inventory records, and waste logs
• taste finished items for quality
• monitor and document food temperatures
• inspect incoming products when the Director of Culinary is absent
• store and rotate supplies
• report supply or equipment needs
• and follow sanitation and food-safety regulations.
