What you'll do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and provide performance feedback to resident-care staff
• interview residents and families before admission
• coordinate screening and assessment
• evaluate care needs and levels of care
• maintain records, medical charts, and care plans
• observe health status and report significant changes
• order and track medications
• implement orientation and education
• verify timecards and arrange replacement staffing
• audit medication records and assess training needs.

Why this role

The posting requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience, prior care experience in assisted living or skilled nursing, and valid First Aid and CPR certification. A valid LPN license is preferred.
