Real Estate Project Lead

Job overview

The Real Estate Project Lead role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT. Stated compensation is $55–$65 per hour. The role supports project delivery across commercial offices, research and development spaces, data centers, operations centers, warehouses, distribution facilities, and showrooms. The project lead manages projects from identification and site selection through design, construction, moves, and completion. The role coordinates stakeholders and vendors, manages scope, budget, and schedule, and supports lease portfolio decisions to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

What you'll do

• Lead project teams and develop business requirements
• manage multiple projects from identification through completion
• maintain scope, budget, and schedule
• conduct market analysis and cost estimates
• lead real estate RFP and bid work
• coordinate designers, architects, engineers, and project managers
• manage vendors and contractors
• track dependencies and critical paths
• monitor lease dates and support lease negotiations
• prepare reports and recommendations.
