Working with the school leader and Campus Director of Operations, the manager develops and oversees systems that keep school operations running smoothly. The role coordinates food service, events, finance, facilities, and safety so the campus can support students and families effectively.

What you'll do

• Oversee food service quality, staff and vendors, meal tracking, compliance, and delivery
• coordinate field-trip and special-event logistics
• support assessment logistics
• manage budget and purchasing processes
• coordinate school opening supplies and equipment
• oversee facilities, maintenance, vendors, and campus safety
• conduct facilities walkthroughs
• support school operations planning
• assist with emergency drills and arrival and dismissal procedures.
