What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, meals, and repositioning
• answer call lights
• support resident safety
• measure and record vital signs and intake/output as assigned
• observe and report condition changes to nurses
• contribute to respectful, resident-centered care.
