What you'll do

• Complete assembly tasks according to standardized processes, quality goals, and the manufacturing schedule
• rotate between production-line stations
• handle non-conforming materials
• report defects
• perform seat teardowns and minor rework
• maintain tooling and equipment and make minor adjustments
• participate in Kaizen/MPS activities
• complete paperwork
• keep the work area clean
• and follow safety and environmental procedures.
