What you'll do

• Inspect rooms after cleaning and guest arrival
• update room status in the mobile inspection app
• inspect hallways and remove items from guest view
• give room attendants feedback
• direct house attendants
• verify supplies and equipment
• assist team members when work falls behind
• coach staff on cleaning and service standards
• respond to guest complaints
• report maintenance issues and safety hazards
• follow key control and chemical safety policies.
