What you'll do

• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• prepare and process checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments
• reconcile financial data
• code and enter invoices
• process check requests
• monitor payment status
• investigate and reconcile accounts
• maintain accounting files
• assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• support auditors
• sort and distribute incoming mail.

Why this role
