What you'll do

• Respond to apartment service tickets
• repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• manage apartment make-ready and turnover work
• perform preventive maintenance
• maintain building grounds and cleanliness, including snow removal
• support efficient operation of property components
• follow building, county, and safety codes
• participate in weekend work and emergency on-call rotation.
