What you'll do

• Examine patients, diagnose oral health conditions, develop treatment plans, and provide preventive, restorative, and therapeutic care
• educate patients and coordinate referrals
• supervise, coach, and mentor dental providers
• support provider evaluations and development
• assist with dental program operations, growth, budgets, and performance reporting
• participate in quality improvement and peer review
• monitor clinical standards and compliance
• support training, recruitment, outreach, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
