Strategic Account Executive

Job overview

The Strategic Account Executive role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with an annual base salary range of $100,000–$125,000. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and sells Black Box Intelligence’s business intelligence solutions to restaurant and hospitality brands. The executive owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing, to win new customers and grow market share. The role connects business intelligence solutions to measurable improvements in clients’ operating performance.

What you'll do

• Win new customers and meet or exceed revenue quota
• build pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and marketing collaboration
• engage senior stakeholders in consultative discussions
• position Financial, Workforce, Guest, and Performance Intelligence solutions
• lead discovery and business cases
• coordinate demonstrations
• manage complex buying processes and negotiations
• maintain CRM records, opportunity plans, and forecasts
• coordinate customer handoffs with client success
• share market feedback.
