What you'll do

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations and facility policies
• review staff complaints and grievances and report as needed
• maintain adequate medication, supply, and equipment stock
• assist with resident nursing-needs assessments
• ensure nursing and aide assignments are completed
• encourage staff training
• review nurses’ notes
• support nursing staff with new patient admissions.
