Regional Construction Manager

What you'll do

• Own site delivery from contractor evaluation and bidding through contracting, design review, construction, commissioning, closeout, and operational handoff
• select and manage general contractors and subcontractors
• manage schedules and cost targets
• address permitting, customer, budget, and schedule risks
• secure entitlements, permits, inspections, and approvals
• hold contractors accountable for safety, quality, design, and commissioning requirements
• coordinate with engineering, real estate, government affairs, legal, finance, customers, utilities, city staff, and inspectors.
