Proposal Manager

What you'll do

• Manage proposal lifecycles, including RFIs, sources sought notices, RFPs, RFQs, task orders, and contract vehicle on-ramps
• analyze solicitations and create outlines, compliance matrices, and writing assignments
• build schedules and lead kickoff meetings
• coordinate capture, business development, pricing, contracts, SMEs, and teaming partners
• write and edit proposal content
• lead color reviews and track actions
• perform compliance and quality checks and manage electronic submissions
• maintain the content library
• use approved AI tools with human review
• capture lessons learned
• provide day-to-day direction and writing feedback.
