Construction Laborer

Job overview

The Construction Laborer role is onsite in Boulder, CO, supporting residential construction projects. Pay is $20–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience. The laborer supports the Carpentry Team by keeping job sites organized and efficient, transporting materials, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining safe, clean work areas. This support helps project teams complete residential construction work effectively.

What you'll do

• Transport materials and tools in company vehicles
• load and unload equipment
• inspect and maintain vehicles
• assist with site setup, demolition, dust protection, materials staging, and punch-list tasks
• keep sites and the shop organized
• support carpenters and other trades
• follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• run errands and pick up materials.
