What you'll do

• Coach and supervise Program Leads and Medical Device Packaging Specialists
• coordinate production schedules with operations and supply chain
• oversee work-order creation and closure, documentation, inventory reconciliation, and material staging
• manage inbound and outbound shipping
• coordinate cleanroom monitoring and sample schedules with operations and quality
• support production activities, new manufacturing cells, product launches, and staff training
• and help meet production delivery schedules.
