The Fleet Manager role is onsite in Waller, TX; Helios HVACR Services provides light commercial, retail, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration service, maintenance, and installation, supporting customers across a multistate footprint. The Fleet Manager oversees day-to-day fleet operations in assigned markets, helping keep company vehicles safe, compliant, and available for field operations. The role coordinates maintenance, vendors, telematics, fuel, claims, and vehicle deployments, while providing cost information and performance reporting to support fleet budgeting and operational continuity.

What you'll do

• Coordinate vehicle repairs, preventive maintenance, vendors, accident claims, telematics, fuel cards, registrations, titles, toll accounts, and citations
• coordinate new vehicle orders, upfits, delivery, and system setup
• support vehicle lifecycle planning and retired-unit turn-ins
• audit invoices and provide cost data
• maintain accurate fleet records
• analyze downtime, maintenance compliance, fuel use, and safety trends
• respond to fleet inquiries and coordinate backup coverage with the other Fleet Manager.
