What you'll do

• Develop and manage departmental budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation. Monitor productivity, operating costs, and performance
• manage supply needs and corrective actions for budget variances. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees
• mentor nursing leaders and clinical staff. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, Joint Commission requirements, and professional standards. Monitor quality indicators, improve patient safety and satisfaction, maintain policies and standards of care, build physician relationships, represent the hospital on medical staff committees, and ensure equipment availability.
