• Prioritize safety, work quality, profitability, and project schedules
• read and interpret plans and specifications
• supervise, teach, and lead multiple crews and foremen
• monitor employee training and certification
• maintain division corrective action
• communicate instructions and expectations
• raise project issues with project managers and customers
• organize, plan, schedule, and delegate labor and equipment
• assist with project cost control and measurement
• follow contracts and safety and environmental requirements
• coordinate with owners, engineers, field personnel, and company leadership.
