What you'll do

• Promote resident hygiene and comfort
• distribute food and water and assist with feeding
• reposition, transfer, ambulate, and transport residents
• record fluid intake and output and weights
• document on flow sheets
• assist with admissions, discharges, and postmortem care
• respond to call lights
• provide perineal and uncomplicated colostomy care
• report observations to nursing leaders
• take and record vital signs
• maintain resident rooms.
