The Head of Operations role is onsite in Eugene, OR, with a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 per year plus a bonus structure based on organizational growth. The role supports Absolute Laser MD, a med spa with an attached advanced-esthetics school focused on safe, personalized aesthetic care and training future skincare and esthetics professionals. The Head of Operations takes ownership of daily execution and builds systems and management structures that connect the clinic and school. This work is intended to let the founder focus on strategic direction while supporting scalable, school-led growth.

What you'll do

• Run day-to-day business operations
• establish operating cadences, reporting rhythms, and decision frameworks
• document systems for scheduling, inventory, onboarding, and procedures
• coordinate spa, school, scheduling, and marketing functions
• oversee service-level costing and margin visibility
• build an operational dashboard
• clarify roles and scorecards
• support school growth and oversee marketing agency or hiring activity.
