The role contributes to compliant case execution through financial tracking, lifecycle coordination, reporting, and communication among Navy program teams, international partners, government entities, and contractors.

What you'll do

• Coordinate Letters of Request, Letters of Offer and Acceptance, price and availability data, and case amendments or modifications
• monitor and analyze case funding and budgets
• track obligation and expenditure plans
• support reconciliation and closure
• prepare status reports, schedules, and briefs
• serve as an operational interface among NAVAIR teams, international representatives, government entities, and contractors
• follow DoD financial, security assistance, and export-control requirements.
