• build data pipelines that aggregate and normalize information
• develop AI-powered tools for documentation, workflow automation, analytics, chart analysis, authorization support, and administrative decision support
• collaborate with clinical and operations teams
• ensure HIPAA compliance and data security
• optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
• manage priorities, fix bugs, and update software.
