The Part-Time Kitchen Staff position is onsite in Hills, MN, and pays $19 per hour. Kitchen staff support meal service for Tuff Memorial Home residents and help provide a welcoming, respectful dining experience. The role contributes to residents’ safe, nutritious, appealing, and timely meals by assisting with food preparation and service, following dietary and food-safety requirements, and maintaining clean kitchen and dining areas. Staff also communicate concerns to the Dietary Manager and work cooperatively with residents and coworkers.

What you'll do

• Assist with preparing meals, snacks, beverages, and other food items according to menus and recipes
• follow prescribed diets, preferences, allergies, and special dietary needs as directed
• portion, plate, serve, and deliver meals
• follow food temperature, safety, and sanitation procedures
• clean kitchen and dining areas and equipment
• store and label food and supplies
• assist with receiving supplies
• report food quality, dietary, sanitation, equipment, or safety concerns to the Dietary Manager
• provide courteous service and protect resident privacy.
