What you'll do

• Set up and maintain project numbers, billing terms, and related information in Deltek (Vantagepoint)
• coordinate draft and final invoices and approval workflows
• support past-due invoice follow-up, billing dashboards, and system questions
• review workflows for accuracy and efficiency
• collaborate on financial reporting and project tracking
• periodically travel to CFB offices for collaboration, coordination, and training
• develop Deltek expertise and contribute to process improvements.
