Digital Print Operator

Job overview

Compensation is $21–$22 per hour. The Digital Print Operator role is onsite in Dallas, TX. The position supports Vestcom, a standalone business unit of Avery Dennison, a materials science and packaging materials company. The operator processes digital data files, runs production printers, and stages finished work to meet customer deadlines. The role contributes to production flow by maintaining print quality, tracking work and materials accurately, and coordinating with teammates to address discrepancies and schedule changes.

What you'll do

• Process data files and operate multiple digital production printers according to production schedules
• inspect output for quality
• record job completion, time, and materials in the ERP work order system
• stage jobs for finishing and lamination
• monitor inventory and organize stock and warehouse materials
• perform routine equipment checks
• request technical service when needed
• maintain a safe work area and follow PPE guidelines
• communicate with supervisors and team leads about discrepancies, rush orders, and schedule changes.
