What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• check in members, verify accounts, and assist with membership questions or updates
• explain membership options, provide tours, and support membership sales
• schedule new members for initial Success Sessions
• provide information about services, amenities, and promotions
• process enrollments, upgrades, and billing inquiries
• maintain the front desk, lobby, and gym floor
• support local outreach and promotional events
• handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• monitor club access and follow safety and security procedures
• assist with operations, cleaning, and light maintenance as needed.
