The Dishwasher works onsite at the University of New Orleans in New Orleans, LA. Compensation is $14 per hour. The role supports Chartwells Higher Ed’s campus food-service team. What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes and wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silver using assigned equipment and procedures
• follow safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels
• keep the dish area orderly
• sweep and mop kitchen floors
• wash food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash and clean garbage cans
• transfer supplies and equipment
• help load and unload supplies and products.
