What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items
• work assigned stations during lunch, happy hour, and dinner
• follow portion and presentation standards
• monitor food temperatures and safe storage
• follow allergy and dietary procedures
• communicate with kitchen teammates
• track station inventory
• maintain and reset a clean, stocked station
• follow sanitation and equipment-cleaning procedures.
