What you'll do

• Create developmentally appropriate learning experiences and support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Maintain a safe, welcoming, organized classroom
• encourage independence through positive guidance and routines
• document developmental progress
• build relationships with families
• collaborate with teachers and school leadership
• maintain records and licensing documentation
• and follow Maryland licensing standards.
