What you'll do

• Collaborate with other store management leads
• mentor and develop employees
• oversee inventory, pricing, promotions, merchandising, labor scheduling, security, expenses, and operational processes
• manage catering, online, and third-party orders
• greet and serve guests
• package products
• prepare simple beverages
• explain menu items, ingredients, and allergy information
• maintain cleanliness
• oversee opening and closing checklists, cash balancing, and deposits
• assist with baking pastries as needed.
