What you'll do

• Assess strengths, limitations, interests, and recreation needs
• develop individualized treatment plans
• implement therapeutic recreation interventions
• document progress and adjust plans
• educate clients, families, and staff on activities and adaptive strategies
• collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other team members
• maintain records and use therapeutic equipment safely.
